REQUESTING FIELDS FOR GAMES

A. First learn the rules:

• Study our Manager / Trainer Handbook - PDF

• Don't assume a field is available, because schedules and Websites may not be accurate. Check availability, request your field and we'll advise of issues.

• Please do not schedule a game during the week.

• Do not create a gap between games if other games are scheduled at that field - NCSA won't accept it. In other words, place your game adjacent to another for referee assigning purposes.

• Requests must be submitted by Sunday evening to be effective that coming weekend or 7 days in advance if during the week.

• The league will arrange for referees.

B. Then determine availability:

Check our Game listing and make sure to read the availability notes.

Allow following for games and don't create gaps between games:

• U13 through U19: 2:00 hours

• U11 - U12: 1:45 hours

• U8 - U10: 1:30 hours

C. Finally complete the the form below

IMPORTANT: If you don't get a confirmation e-mail within a day please follow up by e-mail.

Note that a "definite" request will be submitted to NCSA and will draw a fine if incorrect and needs to be changed afterwards.
